  2011 01 31 002.JPG - Sadly, Dominica used to have reputation as being too dangerous to visit, but a few years back a group (PAYS) was formed by some of the local tour guides and other business and now they work together to provide security patrols of the anchorage. They also offer river and land tours, and any other service you might want. They are very proud of their island, and they are determined to make sure everyone leaves loving it as much as they do!!The guys went by the coolest names. Ours was known as "Laurence of Arabia". Others were: "Charlie Love", "Cobra", "Eric Spaghetti", "Providence", "Sea Bird", and "Uncle Sam".
